My name is Radu Bogdan Stefan and I invite you to jointly develop the notion of value in real estate.

I am passionate about what I do and I offer my knowledge pro bono, face to face (after all, the information has value only if it is skillfully interpreted and put it into practice).

bValue is the image, and also my challenge

 

The experience tells me that although we are dealing with the real estate field, work is based on the art of communication and human relations management. Knowledge is important, experience is important, professional ethics is important, but above all, the quality of the result defines us.

Starting from the daily simple management of details (which may turn into a serious problem if they are not kept under control - especially, but not limited to Bucharest, Romania), to real estate project management, I find a challenge for the result performance in anything.

Real estate asset management, real estate know-how, real estate valuation, property management,  real estate consulting, real estate project management, due diligence procedures, harmonization of conflict situations (my passion), distressed assets, foreclosures and real estate auctions, all these activities are part of my menu.

And because I know that real estate business is not only about knowledge, experience, professionalism, but also about the liability of values, facts and vision (solutions), why not bear in mind the following advice:

Outsource. Each person has a role and measure in every field
